Here are the reasons for the changes in wonderfully concise bullet-point form:

*So yeah, I was way off on the 1090 Club and The Killers albums; neither has stood the test of time for me. Day and Age is the bigger offender of the two. It gets worse with every listen. It has 3 really good songs and the rest is just garbage.

*I either was not in possession or had not had enough listens to the three newcomer albums from Kaylee Cole, The Helio Sequence, and Bright Light Fever at the time of the original list. This is why I revisit these things.

*Kaylee Cole’s album is near perfect piano pop. It’s the only album of it’s type I listen to, so that should say a lot. It was a tough call between slotting it 2 or 3, and while Everything Is Borrowed might be a little better artistically, I find myself listening to We’re Still Here Missing You more often. So it wins by a hair.

*I’m super late on The Helio Sequence bandwagon, and hence late on Keep Your Eyes Ahead.

*I have no clue why I didn’t listen to Bright Light Fever’s album enough to rank it originally. I love the band’s sound so. But now the group is no more. Alas…

*Narrow Stairs is better than I gave it credit for at the time. This is probably due to my wanting to compare it to other Death Cab albums, when in fact I should’ve looked at it independently. It’s solid across the whole disc.

*That’s it.
